We are happy to exchange your unopened product for another within fifteen (15) days of you receiving your order. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Additional refund information is found here.
We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with.
You may exchange your order ONLY if they have NOT been opened and not taken out of the packaging within the 15 days of receiving your order.
We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
We are not alone; other hair and beauty suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.
You are responsible for all exchange and or return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange or return with a tracking number as Sully Grace Beauty LLC will not be held responsible for lost returns.
We will send you the different product after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned products were not opened.
After we receive your package we can take up to 48hrs to be processed and new products be mailed out.

Please follow the below instructions to ensure that your return will be processed and received:
STEP 1.
Please contact Sully Grace Beauty customer service to ensure we have the product in stock you are wanting to exchange for.
STEP 2.
Be sure to include any promotional items or gifts when doing a refund that may have been included with your purchase. When doing an exchange you do not need to return your promotional items or gifts sent by Sully Grace Beauty LLC.
STEP 3.
We strongly suggest keeping your tracking number so we can confirm your package has been safely delivered to us! We will not accept responsibility for items lost during transit. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your set back to us.
STEP 5.
Please allow 2 business days from the date the return is delivered to be notified by a representative.

Refunds for any return exclude the initial shipping cost paid to ship your package, that shipping fee is non-refundable.
